Evaluation

Overall I thought the play went really well, there where no noticeable mistakes and i welt that the addition of an audience really added tension to the piece making it much more energised. I feel that an exceptional scene of the play was the one in which they tell the story of what happened, it felt incredibly well paced even though it is one of the longer scenes in the play. I felt the piece was effective because we tried to move away from thinking that the only way to express emotions is through dialogue, instead we all used naturalistic techniques to portray our emotions by becoming connected to our characters and just feeling them and letting the audience see those thoughts. One thing I think could have been better would have been the communication of the multi-rolling as after speaking to my mum afterword she told me that it took her a while to work it out. I have really enjoyed working on D.N.A this term and am really looking forward to putting together more productions with this cast.
